Six connected tools that turn your drilling programs, DDRs, mud reports and live rig data into predictions for time, fluids, logistics and unscheduled events, built by a drilling fluids engineer.
Ask about the well. Kelly answers from live data and your files.
Drop in programs, DDRs, mud reports and end-of-well reports. Kelly, your assistant trained on drilling fluids, combines them with live rig data and the risk model, and answers with the exact report, page and timestamp behind every point.

Your program, what has actually happened, and the P10, P50 and P90 finish dates from a live model that recalculates from rig data as every operation progresses, on a real calendar. When the forecast moves away from the program, Mudline AI explains why in plain language. The Mud tab does the same for chemical usage.

Why the forecast differs from the program
13 h behind today. The 9⅝" casing run took 0.8 days longer than planned after a tight spot at 2,300 m needed reaming. Drilling in the 8½" section is back on program pace.
P50 1.4 days late. The model adds 1.2 days for Balder (25 m/h ROP limit, pre-treatment and reduced flow rate) and 0.3 days to the liner run, based on how A-09 and A-10 went.
P90 5.8 days late. A 22% chance of an A-09-type losses event in Balder (about 2.5 days to cure) plus liner contingency.
P10 0.8 days early. If Balder drills clean, as it did on A-11, and the liner runs to plan.
8½" section · chemical usage2,450–2,600 m drilled (150 of 1,450 m) · low-tox OBM 1.47 sg
Barite +23%. Mud was weighted up from 1.45 to 1.47 sg 120 m earlier than programmed, after the ECD margin forecast for Balder tightened.
Base oil +27%. Extra dilution to bring LGS down from 5.8% toward the 5% target ahead of Balder.
Sized CaCO₃ +350%. Balder pre-treatment (30 kg/m³) started early, as Kelly recommended. This is planned spend pulled forward, not waste.
Lime +57%. Cement contamination when drilling out the 9⅝" shoe track used extra lime to hold excess alkalinity.
Organophilic clay −8%. Rheology has run slightly high from fine solids, so less viscosifier has been needed.
Product 03 · Hole Condition Live
Read the hole from the surface, every five seconds.
Live surface signals, such as active volume, standpipe pressure, flow rate, pump strokes, ROP, torque, WOB, RPM and hook load, stream down the screen like a real-time drilling log. Underneath, drilling and mud event risk are recalculated every 5 seconds and split by the parameter that is driving them.
Live surface signals in a familiar strip-log layout
Zoom to 1, 5 or 15 minutes and slide back up to 2 hours
Hover any moment to read every signal and both risk profiles at that time
Metric or imperial for each signal: bar / psi, L/min / gpm, t / klbf, kN·m / kft·lbf, m/h / ft/h, m³ / bbl
Drilling and mud event risk, each broken down by the parameter behind it
Plain-language reading of what the signals mean

Product 04 · Fluids & Base Optimiser
Every rig, every operation, every sack, on one timeline.
Pick a rig and slide along the whole well, even a 90-day one. Planned and actual operations sit on a calendar. Underneath, pick any of 20 chemicals to see daily usage in the customer's pack units, with P10–P90 for every future day, and pick a mud event to see its risk and what it would do to usage.
National base → regional bases → rigs, with 14-day demand, stock and days of cover at every level
Base view: inventory, orders and projected usage per day, stacked by rig
Rig stock: boat deliveries, 60-day projection, and add your own orders
Ask Kelly about upcoming shortages, low stock or the next boat

Hover any planned or forecast operation to expand it
20 chemicals in MT, sx or IBC (or kg / L), with daily P10–P90 bars to end of well
Mud event risk with confidence, and its effect on usage, e.g. +25% lime

Product 05 · Fluid System Builder
Upload a program. Compare five mud systems against the well.
Mudline AI reads the well program, draws the geometry and picks out each section's challenges. Choose from the available fluid systems beside the well and compare them on cost, inventory and engineering, with a recommendation you can defend.
Well geometry drawn straight from the program
Five candidate systems for the section, side by side
Cost, inventory and engineering profiles for each

FLUID SYSTEM BUILDER · A-14_drilling_program.pdf · 4 sections read
Product 06 · Mud Profiler
Know what every metre of fluid in the hole is doing, live.
The Mud Profiler follows the fluid all the way round the circulating system, from the active pit, down the string, out of the bit and back up the annulus, through every hole section from the 36" top hole to the 8½" reservoir section, and every operation in each: drilling out the shoe track, drilling ahead, circulating, tripping, running casing and cementing. It combines AI modelling of ECD and pump pressure with the well geometry, the formations and the stroke counter, so it knows where each barrel is and how it is behaving: its weight, its true downhole density, the ECD it creates and how well it is cleaning the hole.
Every hole section, 36" to 8½", each with its own operations: drill out cement, drill, circulate, POOH, run casing and cement
Formations, casing shoes and cement sheaths drawn to depth, with spacer, lead and tail tracked up behind the casing
Blended colour from blue (low) to red (high) for MW, temperature-corrected MW, ECD and hole cleaning
SPP, drill-string pressure, ECD and hole cleaning against time, checked against the AI model

Built for
The people who answer for time, cost and risk on a well.
Fluids superintendents
Defend program choices and explain cost variance with evidence.
Drilling engineers
Build time estimates and AFEs from real offset performance.
Operators
Benchmark rigs and contractors, and carry lessons across a campaign.
Service companies
Stronger fluids programs, logistics plans and tenders backed by your track record.
Your data stays yours
Well data is commercially sensitive. Mudline AI is being designed around that from the start.
Private by default
Each company's wells are kept separate. Nothing is pooled or shared without agreement.
Engineer in charge
Mudline AI supports decisions. Formulations still go through lab testing and sign-off.
Every number traceable
Predictions show which wells and operations they came from, so you can check or challenge them.
